SEED Cycle 2012 - 2014

The  SEED Program has been operating at Mt. Hood Community College since 1989 and, in the beginning, was called CASS (Cooperative Association of States for Scholarships) and the name changed in 2009. That was the first year of a new five-year funding agreement between USAID and Georgetown.
